How do I place an Order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Who should I contact if I have any queries?

You can contact our customer support team by provided email or mobile phone. In case, it’s not convenient to talk, you can come to our store to make your request.

What is your return policy?

Here at splash accessoriz we want you to be happy with your purchase! But in the event that you don’t, we’d be happy to offer you a refund or exchange,as long as  they meet the following conditions:

> Items are in unworn, in unused condition and are returned in the original packaging

>Have no signs of wear or damage

>You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order

How do I make a return/exchange?

Please email info@splashaccessoriz.com.au to request a return or exchange (this must be done within 30 days of delivery). We will be in touch via email once your request has been reviewed.

We will then provide you with further instructions and a return form that you will need to print and place inside the bag or box so we can identify your items upon arrival.  

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes, you will need to cover the cost of shipping your item back to us.
